The gutters have also been installed, and everything is flowing the way it should. I may recommend adding a couple of inexpensive splash blocks underneath the back downspouts just to help keep that water moving away from the foundation, but overall, everything looks great.

We’ve also got a few things happening over the next couple of days to get this one ready for the market. The refrigerator has already been purchased and is being delivered, and Drew is coming out to measure for the blinds. Once those things are wrapped up, we’ll be ready for pictures.

I’ve already got the photographer scheduled for Monday, so we’re getting very close! Savannah, our showing agent, is also already aware that this property is coming and is ready to start getting people through the door. We actually already have someone interested in seeing it, so we’re getting a little bit of a head start.

We’re still waiting on the fence quote, and that will take a little more time since there are some city approvals involved. But we’re not going to let that hold everything else up. We’ll make sure prospective tenants know the fence is coming, and we’ll keep that process moving in the background.

The utilities are also being handled. Electric and gas are already good to go, and we’re working through the water transfer as well. Bryant Water likes to make things a little more complicated than everybody else, but we’ll get it figured out!

The goal is to have everything photographed and ready to go, with the property listed by Tuesday at the latest.

But honestly, the biggest thing I want to say is congratulations! This is a beautiful home, and I’m really excited about what we’re going to be able to do with it. I think y’all are going to do really well with this one, and I’m looking forward to having y’all as part of our group and building a long-term relationship together.

We’re going to get this thing rocking and rolling!
